Three months is enough time to prepare well for NEB Class 12, if you stop trying to do everything at once. Split the time into three clear phases.
Month one: close the gaps
List every chapter in each subject and mark it green, yellow or red based on how confident you feel. Spend this month turning reds into yellows. Watch the lessons again for red chapters and solve the examples yourself before reading the solutions.
Month two: practise under time
Move from reading to solving. Attempt chapter tests with a timer. Write down every question you got wrong and why: a concept gap, a calculation slip, or poor time use. Each needs a different fix.
- Science students: keep a daily set of numericals for Physics and Chemistry.
- Management students: practise full accounting problems, not only theory.
- Everyone: practise long answers with a clear structure.
Month three: full papers
- Attempt at least one full mock paper per subject each week.
- Review mistakes the same day, while they are fresh.
- Keep short formula and key-point sheets for the final days.
- Use NEB model questions to check you are covering every question type.
Do not ignore the smaller subjects
English and Nepali carry the same weight on your transcript as your main subjects. Give them steady, short sessions every week instead of a last-minute rush.
The night before
Do not start a new topic. Read your short notes, check your admit card and materials, and sleep on time. Calm students recall more than tired ones.
